Sales Skills Assessment - Blue Engine works with business owners and their sales people to assess the strength of their attitudes, behaviors and techniques as related to success in sales.
To accomplish this we have a detailed skills inventory that can be taken online. From this inventory Blue Engine generates a 25 page report which evaluates their skills and abilities in each step in the sales process from prospecting, to closing, to time management.
Many of our clients find this to be a useful tool for identifying their own areas for further development. They also find it useful when considering a new salesperson to hire. Frequently we find that someone is already strong and only needs minor changes in their approach to generate much greater results.
This assessment include a 90-minute debriefing and coaching session with a Blue Engine professional.
